Reiki is an energy healing technique with Japanese origins. Reiki can help ease tension or stress and nourish the body’s vital functions while releasing blockages. This energetic tool creates a calming environment for more profound physical, mental, and emotional healing.
The word reiki comes from the Japanese word “Rei,” which means “universal life,” and “Ki,” which means “energy.” Therefore, reiki uses the universal life force chi, prana, that flows within the physical body through pathways called chakras, meridians, and nadis to support ones overall well-being.
This class is designed for those interested in learning Reiki as well as those who would like to refresh their training.

LE’ JAI’ LA TROI
Le’ Jai’ La Troi is the founder of Akashic Remedies and a medicine woman based in Mexico who works with sacred plants and modalities to help others come back into alignment. She is a writer, coach, consultant, reiki master, herbalist, teacher, and channel who accesses the Akashic Records. She weaves her understanding of various indigenous and traditional healing practices to empower clients to take healing back into their own hands with a practical plan to realign them with their true essence.
